From Hwy 75 Central
Take Central Expressway to I-635. Go West on I-635 approximately 3 miles to Dallas North Tollway. Go North on Dallas North Tollway 3 miles. Exit Keller Springs Rd/Westgrove Dr go approximately 1 mile, Select Pain Procedure Center will be on the right.

From Highway 190 George Bush Freeway
Take 190 to Dallas North Tollway, go South approximately 3 miles. Exit Keller Springs Rd/Arapaho Rd/Addison Tunnel onto Dallas Parkway. Make a u-turn at Keller Springs Rd, go approximately 1 mile. Select Pain Procedure Center will be on the right.

From Baylor Hospital Plano
Take Preston Road South from Baylor Hospital. Turn right onto Keller Springs, then turn right on the north bound access road of the Dallas North Tollway. Select Pain Procedure Center will be on the right.
