| Wear loose, comfortable clothing. You will change into
a hospital gown for your procedure. Please leave all jewelry and valuables
at home. Do not eat or drink anything 6 hours prior to your appointment
time, this includes chewing gum, mints and chewing tobacco.
On the day of your treatment, please take all of your usual medications
with 1/4 cup of water unless specifically instructed otherwise.
NOTE: Consult your physician if you are taking any type of blood thinner
or aspirin products.

Will insurance cover the cost of my procedure?
