Go south on Cooper Street approximately 2.8 miles. Veer left onto Matlock
and continue south 1 mile. Make a U-turn at Central Park Drive onto
northbound Matlock. Go .4 miles. Turn Right on Matlock Centre Circle.
From I-20
Take Matlock Exit and go North on Matlock approximately 1.7 miles. Turn
Right on Matlock Centre Circle.
From I-30
Take the Cooper Street exit to the south. Continue on Cooper approximately
3.3 miles. Veer left onto Matlock and continue south 1 mile. Make a
U-turn at Central Park Drive onto northbound Matlock. Go .4 miles. Turn
Right on Matlock Centre Circle.
From Highway 360
Take the Mayfield Road exit and go West approximately 3 miles. Take
a right on Matlock and go approximately 3/4 of a mile. Turn right on
Matlock Centre Circle.

Can I drive myself home after the procedure?
Please arrange a driver to bring you and assist you at home after
your treatment. You cannot drive an automobile or operate any type
of equipment including household appliances for the afternoon and
evening after treatment. If you do not have a driver, your appointment
will be cancelled and rescheduled.
